St. Andrew’s School
St. Andrew’s was a Boys Preparatory School which stood on London Road, Reverand Reginald A. Bull was the Principal. The main school buildings were completely destroyed by fire in 1919, all that remained was the Chapel which was later demolished. Fortunately there were no serious casualties and all boys and staff were successfully evacuated.
