St. Thomas’ Church

St. Thomas’ Church was built at the sole expense of local resident, Mrs. Sarah Pugh, at a cost of £2,400 and it was consecrated by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 1860. The church has been extended and altered over the years and more information can be found on the Society’s web pages here. Many of the images included in this collection are from the early part of the 20th Century. The church is a Grade II Listed building
